Why New York School of Business?
  • Case Study Method as pioneered by Harvard Business School *
  • Intensive accelerated preparation for a career in Business
  • Courses geared for the Digital Economy
  • Faculty from top MBA programs
  • NASDAQ OMX Affiliation
Our affiliation with the forward thinking NASDAQ OMX is part of our commitment to helping aspiring entrepreneurs make their way in an increasingly digital world.
Through specific case studies we will examine the road to success (and failure) of iconic companies including Apple Inc, Oprah Winfrey and Harpo Productions, Tata Nano (largest Indian auto company), Lehman Brothers, General Electric, Honda, Sony, Coke vs. Pepsi, BMW, and Goldman Sachs.

Students will identify the factors that result in success or failure of a business, a marketing campaign, a CEO, or product. This will empower them to enter, or re-enter the field with new insights and skills for their own businesses and management careers. Depending upon one's goals, our programs can be an alternative or a precursor to a MBA degree.

Dr. Adam Klein, Dean
MBA, PhD, and Former Faculty of Harvard Business School

New York School of Business is about the future. We start with a wholly fresh perspective that embraces the new economy and lives in a digitally savvy place.
* A case study is an in-depth exploration of a specific event or situation involving a group, person, or company. The case study allows research of causal actions for such events or happenings for the purpose of learning and the establishment of good practice.

Harvard Business School is well known for adopting the Case Study Method in 1920 to teach business, given that the faculty felt no good textbooks existed to teach advanced business practices. Following Harvard's lead, the New York School of Business will use the Harvard case studies as the cornerstone of it's teaching materials. It is our belief that the best way to learn how to succeed in business in the 21st Century is to learn from the successes and failures of actual businesses.
