Naturi NaughtonACTOR | SINGER

Naturi Naughton is an actress and singer from East Orange, New Jersey. She rose to fame as a member of the platinum-selling girl group 3LW between 2000 and 2002. The group appeared in the short film Parents Just Don’t Understand (2001) also featuring Lil’ Romeo and Nick Cannon, along with a 2002 episode of Nickelodeon’s All That

After 3LW disbanded, Naughton made her film acting debut as Lil’ Kim in Notorious (2009). That same year, she appeared as Denise Dupree in the remake of MGM’s Fame. Naughton also played Stacie in the film Lottery Ticket (2010), appeared on one episode of Mad Men that year, and made a guest appearance on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia in 2011. She also appeared as Brenda in six episodes of the TV series The Playboy Club (2011). 

In 2012, Naughton appeared in eight episodes of the TV series The Client List. The following year, she played Rachel Jackson in the TV movie Let the Church Say Amen

Co-starring with Omari Hardwick and Lela Loren, Naughton played Tasha St. Patrick in the Starz original crime drama Power from 2014 to 2020. She won two NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role. 

Recognizing the importance of lifelong learning, Naughton attended and graduated from the 4-Week Filmmaking program at NYFA New York in 2016.

This newfound knowledge paid off for Naughton, as she won two NAACP Image Awards after graduating from NYFA. She also appeared in the film Step Sisters (2018). In 2020, she played Sarah Green in Emperor and Sicily Richmond in Really Love. More recently, Naughton appeared in 13 episodes of the TV series Queens in 2021-2022, along with the film 88 (2022).

She currently stars in the TV series Power Book II: Ghost, reprising her role as Tasha St. Patrick. Naughton also stars as Jaeda King in the 2023 BET+ original film Call Her King.
