The Professional Conservatory of Musical Theatre (PCMT) at the New York Film Academy (NYFA) is a premier musical theatre college, offering the most practical training that is taught by Broadway credited faculty in New York City.
Our innovative online and on-campus programs in Musical Theatre are designed for a new generation of storytellers. With an unrivaled approach to hands-on, interactive learning, students find themselves completely immersed in their course of study from day one, developing practical skills in acting, singing, and dancing, while second year students are additionally trained in voiceover and acting for the camera. At our New York campus, students are taught in world-class facilities that include voice practice rooms, state-of-the-art dancing studios, and a professionally equipped theatre which includes Broadway quality stage, lighting and sound.
Musical Theatre students work directly with instructors who have numerous Broadway and touring productions credits and are involved in top-rate regional theatres, operas, hit movie musicals, and television shows. Students also create an audition portfolio during their time at NYFA.
Join NYFA to learn the skills needed to tell stories through Musical Theatre.
