Students enrolled in 1-Year, 2-Year, AFA, BA, BFA, MA, or MFA programs are auto-enrolled in NYFASHIP and billed unless they submit proof of comparable coverage to the NYFASHIP Waiver Portal during the open period; waivers are valid for one academic year (August–August) and must be re-submitted each Fall (July–September).
