Filmmaking and Acting Camps

At the summer camps in Florence, Italy, students can explore their interests in filmmaking and acting in a city full of inspirational history and culture. Located in the neighborhood of Santa Croce, whose curved streets are the remnants of the amphitheater built 2,000 years ago, our Florence campus is steps away from the picturesque Piazza Santa Croce. The summer film and acting camps for teens are held amid the greatest artistic and architectural works of the renaissance, and students will have the opportunity to use famous locations such as Michelangelo’s Medici Chapel, the Duomo, and the church of Santa Maria Novella as their backdrops.

Teen Programs

NYFA Florence currently offers programs for teens aged 14-17 in filmmaking and acting for film. While a number of our programs based the US offer level-two classes, our Florence programs are offered at level-one only.
