Experience the Art of Filmmaking or Acting in the Heart of Florence.
Students applying to NYFA degree or certificate programs in Los Angeles or New York have the opportunity to enhance their studies by spending one or more semesters at NYFA’s Florence campus. Qualifying programs include:
- BFA in Filmmaking
- BFA in Acting for Film
- BFA in Entertainment Media (Filmmaking or Acting for Film Concentration)
- AFA in Filmmaking
- AFA in Acting for Film
- Two-Year Certificate in Filmmaking
- Two-Year Certificate in Acting for Film
- One-Year Certificate in Filmmaking
- One-Year Certificate in Acting for Film.
Please see the table below for specific details about your program. Applicants to eligible NYFA degree or certificate programs will receive instructions on how to enroll in the Global Creative Experience upon acceptance to the New York Film Academy.
Students must meet all admissions requirements of their desired NYFA New York or NYFA Los Angeles program.
Global Creative Experience Track Options
Filmmaking
(Students must finish in LA or NY.)
– Complete the first semester or
– Complete the first year (3 Semesters)
Entertainment Media Concentration in Filmmaking
Students may complete their concentration either at the start or at the end.
– Complete the first semester of your Filmmaking Concentration
– Complete your full Filmmaking Concentration (3 Semesters)
Acting for Film
(Students must finish in LA or NY.)
– Complete the first semester or
– Complete the first year (2 Semesters)
Entertainment Media Concentration in Acting for Film
Students may complete their concentration either at the start or at the end.
– Complete the first semester of your Acting for Film Concentration or
– Complete your full Acting for Film Concentration (2 Semesters)
