On September 23, the New York Film Academy’s Performing Arts Department participated in the “United as One World Voices of Peace” Concert at New York City’s Lincoln Center. The concert was presented by China Media Group to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and the founding of the United Nations.
Under the direction of Kristy Cates, Chair of NYFA’s College of Performing Arts, students presented excerpts from The Sound of Music. The evening also featured winners of the “Bright Future of Humanity” global AI competition, co-presented by China Media Group and NYFA.
