Kay Schaber WolfINDEPENDENT FILM EXECUTIVE

Kay Schaber Wolf, an independent film executive from Writer’s Guild America, West, spoke to NYFA 2nd Year & MFA Screenwriters at the WGA headquarters in Hollywood in March 2007. She conducts outreach to emerging writer/filmmakers, encouraging them to use WGA contracts and join in the community of Guild Writers. Working with the Independent Film Writers Steering Committee, she identifies and implements ways to increase independent narrative and documentary screenwriters’ status and influence within the film industry.
