Mind Body & Wellness
NYFA’s credo may be “hands-on learning” but even the most creative and active minds still need to rest and reset. That’s why our NYC campus takes great care to offer students activities that cultivate mental and physical well-being including Meditation and Yoga Classes offered throughout the year. We also strive to create greater awareness about mental health issues. These efforts culminate during Mental Health Awareness Month where a series of events and activities are held: health screenings and stress management courses, and the popular “Hug a Puppy” Therapy Dog event.
