Cross-Campus Studies

Bi-Coastal and International Studies at NYFA

NYFA offers cross-campus opportunities for degree and certificate students who wish to study at more than one of our campuses or locations. Qualified students may apply to spend a semester or a year at the New York City, Los Angeles or South Beach, Miami campuses, depending on their program and area of study. Likewise, there are additional options for students who complete programs at NYFA Florence and NYFA Australia who wish to pursue studies at a US campus.

Please note that limitations apply (e.g. transfers will only be allowed at certain points within the program) and all campus transfers must be approved by the department chair and between US-based campuses. Students must speak with their admissions representative and/or academic department to understand the requirements and terms for moving campuses.

The Cross-Campus Experience

Cross-campus study can give students flexibility to complete their studies, as well as exposure to different film, media, and entertainment communities. Some students take advantage of the cross-campus study option to accomondate a relocation or to experience life in a new city.
