New York Film Academy alumnus Hayden Szeto returned to the Los Angeles campus to share his latest hit The Edge of Seventeen. Q&A Series Director Tova Laiter hosted the evening.

Szeto was the first actor cast in the film in what writer and director Kelly Fremon Craig thought would be the most difficult role to cast. After auditioning him, however, Szeto was perfect for the part.

Szeto recently starred in the highly anticipated Netflix drama film, directed by Alan Yang, called Tigertail. He also starred in Blumhouse’s teen horror film Truth or Dare. In 2021, Szeto appeared alongside Jennifer Garner and Edgar Ramirez in the Netlix film Yes Day.
