WIRE TRANSFERS
Please make sure that your name and the date of the workshop is on the transfer. We will not know who to credit the money to if the name and date of workshop are not on the transfer. It is very important that you have the bank fax us a confirmation of the transfer. Also make sure that the account name is correct. The bank deducts money from the transfer (so you may need to transfer slightly more than the tuition amount due -- usually $20 - $30; ask your bank what the transfer fee is). We have had transfers lost because the students put their name where the account name is supposed to be.Western Union
Instruction on how to use this payment system:- Go to the New York Film Academy International Student Payment Portal (https://www.geoforeducation.com/PRR/Info/SelfEnrol.aspx?paramset=db5df93d-d143-4925-a6f0- db5c6e218977)
- Enter Student details (Student Date of Birth, Name, Program and Program Location)
- Enter the US dollar amount of the Payment you wish to pay. Select the payment currency or associated country from which you will make your payment. NOTE: If your currency is not listed on the Currency List, please select "Other countries - USD" or “Other countries-Euro” in the Payment option.
- A conversion at a competitive rate of exchange from the US dollar amount will be applied to your chosen currency through the Western Union real-time rate engine. You will have the opportunity to view the payable amount in your local currency before committing to the transaction
- Print the confirmation page and take it to your local bank to initiate the transfer of funds to Western Union. Please note that the currency quote on the confirmation page is valid for 72 hours. Western Union must receive the request within 72 hours of your receipt of the currency quote
- Western Union will then forward the US dollar amount to New York Film Academy where it will be credited to your student account
