Shiva Negar is an actress and producer born in Iran and raised in Turkey and Canada. Growing up, Negar was very involved in acting in theatre, which quickly became her passion and led her to attend New York Film Academy’s 4-Week Acting for Film Workshop. After numerous roles in TV, feature-length films, and short films, Negar landed a lead role in Lionsgate and CBS Films’ action thriller American Assassin, starring opposite Dylan O’Brien, Taylor Kitsch, and Michael Keaton. Negar also had the lead role in Telefilm’s Becoming Burlesque and, more recently, starred in Sergio Navarretta’s The Cuban.
