David Hasselhoff made his start with 6 seasons on the daytime drama The Young and the Restless. He made the leap into prime time with the action show Knight Rider, which was a big hit worldwide. He is best-known for his starring role as Mitch on the television show Baywatch, though he has also achieved great success as a popular singer internationally. Hasselhoff visited students at New York Film Academy at Abu Dhabi in 2009 for a screening of a student’s short film, followed by an Oscar screening party.
