Michelle CassisDIRECTOR | CINEMATOGRAPHER

New York Film Academy alum Michelle Cassis is a Chilean Film Director currently based in Spain. Cassis first completed the 8-Week Filmmaking Workshop at the New York Campus in 2012, and then graduated from the One Year Cinematography Conservatory Program in 2013.

She has directed ads for worldwide brands such as Pepsi, Danone, and Cornetto. Her first short film, Astro Son, made it to the official selection of internationally-recognized awards like the TIFF Toronto International Film Festival KIDS, SANFIC10, Providence Children’s Film Festival, SoHo Short Film Festival, and NYC Indie Film Festival. Her latest film, One Way, written and directed by her, follows a transgender woman and her daily struggles and it was a semi-finalist at the Miami Short Film Festival. She is currently repped by Primo Content globally and Canica Films in Lima.
