Graduated from NYFA LA in 2016
Joseph Servodio is an Emmy Award-winning visual effects (VFX) producer based in the United States. He is best known for his work as the VFX producer on the Netflix series Ripley, for which he won the 2024 Emmy Award for Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Single Episode for the episode “III Sommerso”. Servodio’s career in visual effects began with Godzilla: King of the Monsters in 2017, and he has since contributed to major productions including The Mandalorian, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier , and Dune: Part One.
He has held key roles at prominent studios such as Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios, Netflix, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, and Legendary Entertainment. His expertise includes managing large-scale VFX teams and complex workflows, as demonstrated in his work on Ripley, which required overseeing over 2,000 visual effects shots and coordinating global teams.
