Roy El Khoury

ACTOR | DIRECTOR
Graduated from NYFA NYC Campus in 2013

Roy El Khoury is a Lebanese triple‑threat performer—actor, singer, and dancer. Known for blending Broadway tradition with the Lebanese stage, he made a bold mark by creating, starring in, and directing his own musical concert, One Night on Broadway, which received an Award of Appreciation at the Murex D’Or in 2015 and was showcased at the Zouk Mikael International Festival.

Since then, Khoury has continued to pioneer the musical theatre scene in Lebanon. In 2015, he served as stylistic powerhouse—artistic director, acting coach, and choreographer—for the regional TV talent show “Arab Casting”. He followed up with Another Night on Broadway with the original Arabic musical Majnoun Leila which he wrote, directed, starred in, and choreographed.

His creative journey continued with adaptations of renowned musicals: he co-wrote, directed, and co-starred in the Arabized version of Chicago, and in 2025, helmed both the stage direction and a role in Anything Goes Bel Arabi (“Killo Masmouh”), a lavish Lebanese adaptation featuring live orchestras, elaborate staging, and a celebrated cast including Carole Samaha.
